We are seeking a Door Installer to become a part of our team! We are a service company covering a large portion of North Carolina. Our clients vary from malls, banks and restaurants to retail stores. You will be installing and/or repairing doors, frames, and hardware. Hardware includes panic bars, closers, locksets, sweeps, perimeter seals, cylinders, etc.

Responsibilities:

Daily travel to clients' locations (overnight is rare)

Work a four-day work week with hours varying daily depending on job location

Install and/or repair a wide range of manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware

Ability to demo a frame and replace with new

Ability and knowledge to work on panic bars, vertical rods, cylinders, mortise locks, closers, etc

Ability to read and follow directions included with parts

Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner

Maintain a positive attitude and expect challenges to arise

Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

Qualifications:

Previous experience in this field is required

Locksmith knowledge is very beneficial

Ability to use power tools, read a tape measurer

Ability to handle physical workload

Abily to work well in teams and alone

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to work in a variety of environments (heat/ cold/ rain, etc)
