1Solar Home Services: Door-to-Door Appointment Setter
Contract Employee | Flexible Hours | Commission-Based
About the Role
As a 1Solar Home Services Appointment Setter, you'll identify homes with aging or damaged roofs, knock at those homes and set up appointments with homeowners for our sales team to provide a free, no-obligation estimate, or for help filing an insurance wind or hail claim. We can also knock every house that doesn't already have permanent holiday lighting.
What we Provide
We provide company hats and shirts to help you look professional and to be successful. We have a company app that allows you to input leads. After you have created five appointments, we provide door hangers with your name and phone number.
This is a face-to-face role perfect for driven individuals who enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and setting their own schedule.

We also have a solar division that can take care of the customer's solar needs. We have become the exclusive installer for Bosso Permanent Lighting in Las Vegas.
Compensation
$15 per hour, plus $50 per appointment set and kept.

Who We're Looking For
-Motivated self-starters.
-People with previous door-to-door sales experience are preferred but not required (solar, roofing, pest control, windows, permanent lighting, Kirby, etc).
-Strong communicators who are reliable and goal-oriented
-People who can accept rejection and not get discouraged.
