We're hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors (Door-to-Door Canvassers). This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on generating appointments for our sales team by engaging homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• $20/hour (1099 contractor)
• $20 per estimated appointment
• $100 per job sold
• $100 per 20 yard signs placed (paid monthly)
• Monthly Performance Incentives (Paid first Friday of the following month)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Report to office to receive assigned map, flyers, and sign-up sheets
• Scout surrounding neighborhoods (minimum 1 hour) for additional knocking opportunities
• Knock on doors to generate homeowner interest and schedule estimates
• Place 10 yard signs per week in assigned areas (photo documentation required)
• Enter leads into Google Form or schedule directly via company website
• Report daily route and lead data in Sales Rabbit or canvassing software

Performance ExpectationsMinimum Standards:

• 1 appointment every 2 hours
• No more than 25% slippage from appointment to completed estimate
• Sales team closes at 35%+ success ratio

Optimized (Top Performer) Standards:

• 1 appointment every 1.5 hours
• No more than 15% slippage
• Sales team closes at 45%+ success ratio
