Job Description: Sparkle Squad is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to distribute marketing materials throughout neighborhoods in the Arvada area, Lakewood, Golden and Wheatridge area. This role involves walking designated routes to hang flyers on doors and installing promotional lawn signs at key intersections.

Responsibilities:

Distribute flyers door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods

Professionally and neatly hang flyers (no mailbox stuffing)

Install and remove lawn signs at approved locations

Track completed routes and report progress to the team lead

Represent Sparkle Squad in a friendly, respectful manner at all times

Maintain and care for marketing materials and signage

Follow all local laws and HOA guidelines regarding signage and flyer placement

Requirements:

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Physically able to walk for extended periods

Access to reliable transportation

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred but not required:

Experience with flyer distribution or field marketing

Familiarity with Arvada and surrounding neighborhoods

Compensation: Hourly wage or per-route pay, depending on experience. Bonuses available for consistency and performance.
