The Opportunity

We're hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads, set inspections, and close residential roofing deals throughout the Phoenix metro. This is a high-reward role for someone who knows how to knock, connect, and convert.

What You'll Do

Knock doors in targeted Phoenix neighborhoods to identify roofing needs

Educate homeowners on roofing issues, storm damage, and insurance claims

Schedule free roof inspections for our team

Follow up with leads and guide homeowners through the sales process

Track activity and pipeline in our CRM

Represent HomeLyfe Roofing with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

Required:

✅ Proven door-to-door sales experience

✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills

✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

✅ Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✅ Comfortable with commission-based earnings

Preferred:

⭐ Residential roofing sales experience

⭐ Familiarity with insurance claims (storm/hail damage)

⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
