We are a fast-growing exterior home services company looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to build and lead a 15–25 person canvassing team.
This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.
If you’ve led door teams in solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, or home improvement — and you know how to recruit, train, and drive daily performance — this is your opportunity to scale a market.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door reps
Run daily field launches and territory assignments
Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on coaching
Track activity: doors, contacts, appointments, show rate
Hold reps accountable to performance standards
Build a competitive, high-energy team culture
Work directly with the Sales Manager to hit monthly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
2+ years door-to-door sales experience
Previous leadership or team management preferred
Proven ability to hit activity targets
Strong recruiting mindset
Comfortable working outdoors daily
High energy and competitive drive

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary
$15 per showed estimate
4%–6% override on revenue generated from your team
Performance bonuses for volume and growth
Uncapped earning potential
