    Role Overview: As the Office Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the agency. You will be responsible for various tasks related to office management, client coordination, and general administrative duties. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and assisting with the overall coordination of home care services.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in using office software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email clients.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Spanish-speaking is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Investigates received responses from aides and/or patients and have the ability to come to a conclusion
    • Track and document data received in a timely manner
    • Assure reports and deadlines are met as needed
    • Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks and all other duties as assigned
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure the provision of person-centered services to adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers
    • Processing Referrals for Home Care Services
    • Process new Caregivers for employment.
    • Coverage for other Admin staff as needed.
    • Entry of patient and Caregiver information into HHA eXchange
