Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fee-for-Service (FFS) Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients for various lab tests, ensuring each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood samples.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of all specimens.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all collected samples.
• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care and address any patient concerns.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely processing of samples.

Qualifications:

• Certified Phlebotomist with relevant training and credentials.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
