    Job Description

    TERRITORY MANAGER/SALES

    Dorian is looking to expand our footprint in some current offices and develop market share in new markets. You will have the responsibility for developing and fostering relationships to drive consistent and sustainable growth while working in a high-paced and positive environment.

    Dorian Studio services over a million school portrait customers annually and is the fastest-growing school portrait and yearbook companies in the West.

    The ideal candidate will possess a positive and dynamic personality with experience in sales, leadership, and customer service.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the region including problem-solving with accounts to deliver high service levels.

    • Meet sales plan growth objectives.

    • Deliver broad-based sales performance and successfully execute marketing strategies across the region.

    • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information for new accounts and prospects using Salesforce.com.

    • Create and manage multi-year growth plans for the region.

    • Identify and lead regional markets, products, and new opportunity development.

    • Analyze sales data and regularly report summaries of sales and opportunities.

    • Understand competition and implement competitive selling strategies.

    • Work cross-functionally as part of the Dorian team to increase regional growth and market share.

     

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    We are searching for someone that demonstrates a strong grasp of Dorian Studio’s value proposition and the ability to communicate that message effectively.

    • Five plus years of sales experience

    • Team player with a drive to succeed

    • Must have demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to follow through.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

    • Passionate relationship building skills

    • Demonstrated leadership skills

    • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and move things forward

    • Must be proficient in technology (Salesforce experience a plus)

    • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
