You will be responsible for:

• Providing wonderful customer service to school administration, staff, parents, and students

• Communicating effectively and timely with all team members

• Making connections with our customers

• Handling inbound calls, chat, and/or emails

• Giving products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Documenting issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions

• Entering call information into our system in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications/skills

• Great documentation and written communication

• Willingness to go the extra mile

• Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialized software programs

• Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations

Bonus Qualifications-

• Google Docs experience

• Salesforce experience
