You will be responsible for:
Providing wonderful customer service to school administration, staff, parents, and students
Communicating effectively and timely with all team members
Making connections with our customers
Handling inbound calls, chat, and/or emails
Giving products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Documenting issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
Entering call information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications/skills
Great documentation and written communication
Willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialized software programs
Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations
