Full Time position for CPA or CPA candidate in West Palm Beach.

Dorra & Dugan seeks an experienced tax professional with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for S corporations, LLCs, individual, partnership and Trust returns.

·       Exercise professional judgment with respect to issue identification to develop solutions to tax issues in returns.

·       Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication and meeting deadlines.

·       Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

·       2+ years tax experience a must.

·       CPA certification or working towards certification.

·       Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review, tax compliance, agency correspondence, and tax research.

·       Ability to solve problems, to think both creatively and logically, and to identify potential planning ideas when reviewing a return.

·       A demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.

·       Good interpersonal skills, which are necessary for fostering both client and staff relationships.
