Database Management Coordinator at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dosch Marshall Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and tech savvy individual that is seeking a fast-paced role in a growing company. The job entails assisting the Buyer and Seller rep teams with the management, organization and reporting of data related to the life cycle of a commercial land sale through the utilization of various programs and processes. Applicants should show acute attention to detail, self-motivation, and should be enthusiastic about contributing to a team environment.
Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to managing purchase and sale agreements and contracts, creating commission agreements and invoices, seller rep listings processes, deal life cycle tracking and reporting, and communications with title company.

WORK LOCATION: Dallas office with flexibility to work remotely. Minimal travel to Houston and Austin offices is preferred.
