We're focusing on expanding the number of small businesses that benefit from our platform and want your help to make it grow. Right now the team is four people and you'll be the fifth team member. About the Sales Intern position
The Sales Intern's responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a Sales Intern, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our spreadsheet of prospective & current customers.
A typical day for a Sales Intern involves, prospecting new businesses, updating the CRM (customer relationship management tool), sending invoices, and ensuring that we're providing the best possible service.
This is an incredibly unique opportunity as you'll be working directly with the co-founders in this role. You will also be in a position to make a significant impact on the company.
Sales Intern responsibilities are:
Seeking out prospective customers
Conveying value proposition to prospects
Working with sales tools to close deals
Being knowledgeable about the products/services
Communicating with team members (via Slack, CRM, Gmail)
Suggesting ideas on how to improve sales
Providing feedback to the production and engineering team
Sales Intern requirements are:
Experience as a Sales Associate or any related area
Eager to understand sales and account management
Able to communicate well with customers
Flexible with working hours
Outgoing, customer-friendly, and eager to learn
