Job Description
We are looking for an accounting clerk who is a hard working and a detail oriented individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Perform general office tasks included answering phones, processing mail,
- Perform data entry to operation system and accounting system;
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- Minimum previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields of minimum 1 years (A/P; A/R). (required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of office experience (required)
- Proficient with Quickbooks (preferred)
- Good communication
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to understand and address ambiguous problems with a sense of intuition on when to ask for help versus figuring things out on your own
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Very responsive, problem solver, enthusiastic and benevolent
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Ability to analyze data accurately with attention to detail
- Dependable
