Your job as a Public Space Attendant is an important role because you make our hotel feel like home. If you have a "Passion for Perfection" and a "Passion for Service", this job is for You! Our Public Space Attendants make sure each guest has an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

As a Public Space Attendant, you will

Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile each and every day.

Clean, vacuum, dust, and polish to make sure our public spaces are exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Cleans lobby areas, public and employee restrooms, elevators, offices, fitness center, pool area, and all other public areas to establish quality standards.

Assist in housekeeping and laundry if needed.

Answers all calls and performs the deliveries within the 15-minute time limit.

Each day you will restock your cart and linen closet to make sure you are ready for the next day.

Perform all other duties as requested or required to ensure the smooth operation of the entire hotel.

Must be able to work all shifts:

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am

Fundamental Requirements

Prior experience as a Public Area Attendant is helpful. To be successful, you will need basic English communication skills. This job requires standing and walking 100% of the time, regularly bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and the ability to perform repetitive motions for the entire shift. This job requires you to be able to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50lbs.
