As Bellman/Shuttle Driver, you will:

Escort guests and assist with luggage to and from guestrooms. Explain features of guestrooms to guests.

Deliver items such as packages, faxes, luggage to guestrooms. Deliver laundry, packages, and/or run errands.

Provide travel directions and information on property events and promotions.

Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate.

Complete scheduled shuttle runs as necessary. Call taxis for guests.

Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions with require attention and or repair. Obeys all traffic laws on and off property.

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.

Maintain regular attendance in compliance with service standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

Comply at all times with service standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems.

Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile each and every day.

Fundamental Requirements

Prior experience as a Bellman or Shuttle Driver is helpful. To be successful, you will need basic English communication skills. This job requires standing and walking 100% of the time, regularly bending, and ability to lift/carry items up to 100 pounds. This job requires you to be issued a current driver license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
