    Help keep our award-winning status by providing excellent, responsive service on behalf of our hotel! Guest service agents are the heart of our hotel and conduct the business of the hotel’s front office, including customer services, record keeping, telephone operations, guest transportation, reservation taking, and other related activities. Responsibilities: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background. • Must show proof of United States citizenship or permission to work in the United States. • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Must have access to a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. • Should have a basic knowledge of computers and hotel management software, as well as working knowledge of calculators, multi-line phones, and other office equipment. • Must be highly motivated, with great communication, organizational, and professional skills. • Preferably have experience in customer service and problem-solving. • Should be familiar with the hotel’s security, safety, and health policies. • Must be knowledgeable about ADA laws related to accommodating guests with disabilities. • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, bend, squat, reach, and ascend/descend stairs in order to fulfill guests’ requests and handle their luggage, as well as evacuate them in an emergency. • Must be capable of driving a company vehicle. Qualifications: • Must have flexible availability to be considered, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must have a passion for working with people and providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution. • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US. • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Must have access to a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license. • Must have experience in service and problem solving roles. • Must have knowledge of safety, security, and health policies. • Must have knowledge of American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. • Must have the physical ability to safely transport and maneuver up to 40lbs. • Must have good communication, organizational, and professional skills. • Must be highly motivated, have initiative, and demonstrate flexibility. Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
