    Our high-volume premium auto detailing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Auto Detailer Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an office manager, sales manager or general manager in the automotive industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our auto detailing business, creating sales to increase revenue, assist the team in completion of the vehicles, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

    This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to motivate our talented team of professionals and the capabilities to manage both office tasks and auto detailing operations efficiently.

    Customer Service

    Responsible for greeting customers, educating them on our services and scheduling appointments.

    Responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.

    Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries regarding their service.

    Upsell customers on our services.

    Establish good working relationships with owners and staff.

    Communicate with customer to confirm appointments and provide relevant information.

    Office Functions

    Oversee daily operations, remedy customer concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.

    Create processes to ensure all vehicles are completed on time.

    Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.

    Develop relationships with dealerships within 10-mile radius to our shop

    Implement growth strategies.

    Provide monthly reporting of office activities, employees, sales, marketing, etc.

    Oversee day-to-day operations.

    Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

    Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

    Schedule appointments and manage the overall service calendar.

    Monitor and manage inventory of detailing supplies, always ensuring an adequate stock.

    Place orders for supplies and equipment as needed, keeping track of expenses and budget.

    Responsible for weekly payroll

    Hiring and termination of employees

    Quality Control and Team Support

    Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing

    Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions

    Relocate vehicles to various locations within the center

    Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

    Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

    Mentor employees on best practices for improving customer service techniques.

    Coordinate with auto detailers to ensure optimal workflow and timely completion of task.

    Conduct and inspect each service ensuring the results meets our standards

    Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner

    Work closely with the team to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficiency

    Provide support and guidance to team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Assist team with completion of vehicles which will entail washing, polishing, cleaning, applying ceramic coating and more.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in office management or related field in the automotive industry.

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed

    Three or more years of experience in a sales manager, office manager or general manager position in the automotive industry is required

    Possess a state-issued driver’s license

    Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements

    This is a physical position. You must be able to work 8 hours on your feet and lift 30 pounds

    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

    Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

    Customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset

    End of the year bonus up to $20,000 based upon sales and repeat customer retention.
