Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule Qualifications: • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • Prior Director level Food & Beverage experience in a hotel setting
