    The DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South Hotel & Conference Center has a hybrid opening for an Accounting Clerk - Sales Admin. In this role, you will support both the accounting department and sales department with general accounting duties and sales admin duties. Responsibilities: Accounting support - Responsible for the processing, recording, and dispensing of payments for all hotel liabilities incurred. Responsible for compiling and maintaining month-end data and reports. General accounting duties as assigned by the hotel controller. Our candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting and AP, strong attention to detail and a proactive mentality. Sales Admin support • Assist in booking groups, functions and handle follow-ups. • Administrative duties such as typing, telemarketing, and correspondence to past and future clients. • Be the liaison between clients and all hotel departments. • Responsible for booking and detailing catering events. • Assist in handling new inquiries regarding sleeping rooms and or function space. • Be proficient in the hotel's sales and or catering software system. • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends when needed. Qualifications: • Prior hotel sales and or accounting experience. • Strong attention to detail. • Organized.
