We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
