    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
    • Prospecting and generating new business through provided leads & developing referral sources.
    • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
    • Heavy phone usage to maintain expected "Daily Talk Time" activity.
    • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
    • Be outstanding at relationship building.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have or obtain a CA P&C Insurance License.
    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Must be highly self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred.
    • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
