    Job Description

    We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Receptionist/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, running reports and contacting clients to assist with processing payments to keep policies active, providing customer service to agency customers, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates. 

    Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Heavy phone, email & text activity.
    • Retention of current customers is #1 priority!
    • Make outbound calls to customers with policies at risk of canceling.
    • Take premium payments from customers.
    • Process customer policy change requests.
    • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Professional phone etiquette.
    • Great Customer Service Skills.
    • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

    Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

    • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
