    Successful Real Estate brokerage team looking for team assistant/junior agent hybrid! We're looking for a motivated real estate team assistant (with showing responsibilities as well) to join our growing team! Admin responsibilities include working with the marketing department on mailers (very important; marketing background a huge plus); running the team social media account; handling back-end duties such as entering transactions into our deal system (we do a lot of volumes so comfortable with this is very important); putting together show materials for the team, and is comfortable working in our Tribeca office during the week. BASE salary is $40,000 but while this is technically for 40 hours per week, you'll likely only be needed for 15-20 office hours most weeks; the rest of your time will be doing showings. On the agent side, you'll earn commissions on top of salary by assisting with showings on large rental portfolios that our team runs and be able to make extra money by referring deals to the team or working on them yourself after hours. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven, highly detail-oriented, a good learner, friendly and warm...and someone who loves to work! Incredibly fun position on an ethical, hard-working team! Compensation, as noted above, is a base salary of $40,000 with significant upside via commission overrides from out of the gate. Some experience in the real estate industry is a must. Must have an active real estate license. Other musts: * Willingness to show 7 days a week (NOT do office hours) * Willingness to work early and late (again, for showings; NOT for office work) This is NOT a 9-5 position but it's a wildly fun one with big upside and a great culture. You MUST be hungry to grow and succeed and thrive at a fast pace and with multi-tasking. Responsibilities: Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Background in real estate is required for this position High school diploma or equivalent required Weekend and evening availability License for real estate is preferred but not required Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents Compensation: $40,000 + commission override
