ABOUT THE POSITION: 

We’re seeking an outstanding communicator with the care, ambition, motivation and energy to build and maintain relationships with key high school administrators and prospective students. This individual also supports student recruitment and admissions efforts on campus as well as networking with salons and spas in our communities. 

The Field Admissions Representative is:

• Able to successfully network and maintaining strong connections within the community
• Motivated by achieving goals and meeting or exceeding metrics of success
• Persistent and strategic in discovering opportunities to reach recruitment targets.  
• Passionate about generating leads from prospective students by attending community events and college fairs AND is constantly seeking new ways to increase lead volume through his/her role as a Field Admissions Representative.
• Effective at working independently
• Excited about education, particularly in beauty, fashion, and wellness
• Customer Service and team oriented

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Sales background strongly preferred
• High school diploma required; advanced education such as an associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
• Must be self-driven with ability to multitask
• Polished professional image
• Daily use of Microsoft Suite, Admissions Software EdLumina, and phones
• Previous experience in an admissions capacity a plus
•  Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
•  Must have adequate knowledge of public transit modes in assigned territory.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
• Must be able and willing to travel (up to 20% of the time).
