If you are a detail-oriented person with strong communication skills and enjoy working at the computer, this may be the perfect job for you. As the admissions coordinator, you will work closely with hospital discharge planners to coordinate the admission of patients to our center. You will also be responsible for communicating to other employees all of the details about new admissions, as well as setting up transportation for the admission to our center.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• strong written and verbal communication skills
• understanding of basic HIPAA practices and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical records
• computer proficiency with the electronic medical record system and Microsoft Office products, as well as other office equipment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• bachelor's degree in social work or related human services field
• prior experience is preferred, but not required
