DOVELEWIS IS CURRENTLY HIRING A RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Our Recruiter is responsible for proactively seeking and identifying candidates who align with our hospital mission and goals. This position will work directly with department managers to fill open and upcoming positions.   

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

While working with department managers, you will be responsible for actively communicating DoveLewis' brand, mission, and culture to current, future, and potential job candidates. While developing your own personal recruiting pitch reflective of our mission, you will identify and solicit potential candidates, gauge interest levels for positions, and form relationships with candidates. You will walk candidates through the hiring processes, perform pre-hire screening, and ultimately hire the right candidate(s).

This position may also include limited travel to conferences and job fairs both locally and nationally, representing DoveLewis in person for potential candidates. 

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• Think outside the box: find new and creative ways to market our open positions within the community to create candidate engagement.
• Create quality candidate pools: solicit, source, and collect candidates with good technical and soft skills specific for each position as well as candidates with the ability to contribute to a positive working culture.
• Timely hiring: Moving the recruiting process along quickly as to not lose candidates while maintaining in an in-depth interviewing and pre-hire screening process.
• Recruit with long term hires in mind: We work to retain our quality staff to help build mutual long-term success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are self-driven and proactive in your work: you like reaching your goals.
• You have a dynamic, engaging personality and enjoy meeting new people.
• Experience or education equivalent to high school diploma.
• Minimum of one year experience working in a recruiting capacity including receiving job requests, creating and writing recruitment ads, familiarity with recruitment platforms and posting sites, sourcing talent, and negotiating offers.
• Any suitable combination of experience or education may substitute for the above.
