DOVELEWIS IS CURRENTLY HIRING A RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
Our Recruiter is responsible for proactively seeking and identifying candidates who align with our hospital mission and goals. This position will work directly with department managers to fill open and upcoming positions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
While working with department managers, you will be responsible for actively communicating DoveLewis' brand, mission, and culture to current, future, and potential job candidates. While developing your own personal recruiting pitch reflective of our mission, you will identify and solicit potential candidates, gauge interest levels for positions, and form relationships with candidates. You will walk candidates through the hiring processes, perform pre-hire screening, and ultimately hire the right candidate(s).
This position may also include limited travel to conferences and job fairs both locally and nationally, representing DoveLewis in person for potential candidates.
