DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is seeking to hire a RELIEF CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team to provide additional support.

Wage: Starts at $19-$22 hourly, plus an overnight differential for applicable shifts.

As a Relief CSR, you will assist the front desk team with data entry, completion of client paperwork, answering phones and special project tracking. You will also assist in direct customer service at the desk as needed.

Your ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment with compassion, efficiency, and flexibility is key to success in this role. What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Minimum of one year experience working in a fast-paced office, reception, administrative, or customer service capacity (experience with veterinary field highly preferred).
• Ability to be on call for a minimum of 1-2 days a week.
• Technical aptitude. Knowledge of computer functions and operating software such as MS Word and Excel. Experience using veterinary software is a plus!
• Ability to operate multi-line phone system, filing system, imaging program, and office equipment such as copier and fax machine.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, maintain accuracy, and multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
