Our lessons are practical and applicable, and—as you'd expect from one of the country's top animal hospitals—they're never boring!

    Originally built as a training resource for our own team, atdove.org has grown into one of the most sought-after training resources in the country. But we need your help!

    As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll embody our mission to care for the people who are for animals. You'll be the frontline for customer support and engagement, helping atdove.org users feel confident and connected to us. Afterall, who knows what their challenging, fast-paced shifts are like better than us?

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Embedding in our marketing team, you will be one of 7 creative team members focused on building relationships with our audiences. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, recurring account sales, providing billing support to current users, troubleshooting bugs, managing account changes, and providing basic technical support to users and visitors. This position will also involve some data entry into our database. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in creative discussions, strategy sessions, and campaign execution – all focused on the goal of making DoveLewis and atdove.org an irreplaceable tool for the veterinary community.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS As a nonprofit, we seek candidates who are not only technically skilled, but also passionate about our mission. In our fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate would be open-minded, flexible, and have a strong work ethic. The ability to pay close attention to detail and work collaboratively within a team is essential.

    Additional qualifications include:

    • Experience or education equivalent to a High School diploma.
    • Two to three years of prior experience working in an administrative / customer service capacity.
    • Experience using a sales or customer database.
    • Experience in Animal Health Industry preferred.
    • Any equivalent combination of experience or education will substitute.
