    DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring a new team of Outreach Coordinators to join our community engagement team!

    DoveLewis is one of the country's largest single-location veterinary hospitals. As a non-profit with no private equity or corporate investors, we have built a collaborative community that is dedicated to serving every animal and every person who cares for them, including our staff! DoveLewis is also an AHAA-accredited, VECCS Level 1 Emergency and Specialty Hospital. With a team of 200+ people, including 13+ veterinary specialists and 6+ veterinary technician specialists, we have been providing world-class care for over 50 years.

    As the Outreach Coordinator , you will nurture and develop local referring veterinarian (rDVM) relations through consistent contact to ensure awareness of and satisfaction with DoveLewis services and programs. In this position, you have an opportunity to develop and implement effective ways to acquire hospital referrals, including renewing lapsed referrers and encouraging growth in current referrers.

    Salary range is $60k - $75k depending on education and experience.

    This position will be hybrid with a combination of on-site work, remote work, and local travel.

Teamwork, flexibility, organization, adaptability, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment are all key traits for this role.

    A genuine love of and respect for all animals is required, as is an appreciation of the human-animal bond.

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism, or AS degree from accredited veterinary technician program
    • One to three years successful inside or outside sales or customer service experience.
    • One to three years' experience in the Animal Health Industry.
    • Experience working in a veterinary clinic highly preferred.
    • Any equivalent combination of experience or education will substitute.
