BECOME A COLLECTIONS COUNSELOR TODAY!

This is a great opportunity to learn the Mortgage Servicing Business and to bring your professional Customer Service skills to the Collections department at Dovenmuehle Mortgage!

COLLECTION COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Receive Inbound or place Outbound calls to delinquent borrowers

• Collect on past due home mortgage loans that have become delinquent; in a timely manner, per federal and state laws, along with agency and client guidelines

• Discuss financial status of loans with client borrowers

• Understand and Achieve daily metrics, as set forth by department

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills

• Effective multi-tasking ability

• Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens at the same time while speaking on the phone; type at least 30 wpm

• Previous Call Center experience, minimum one year

• Must be available to work Saturday

• High School or GED

HOURS: FOR FULL-TIME THE SHIFT IS 1:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M., WITH A 4 HOUR SHIFT ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH.
