Job Summary
We are currently seeking a well-organized, self-motivated Full-time Jewelry Consignment and Customer Relations Coordinator for our E-Commerce business located on Brickell Ave Miami.
Jewelry Consignment and Customer Relations Coordinator
This title encapsulates the key responsibilities of handling Fine Jewelry Consignments, Inventory management, bookkeeping responsibilities, customer interaction, and the management of sales and payments, along with coordinating various tasks related to Selling Fine Jewelry Online.
This is Not a Remote Position. Our ideal candidate will be working at all times in our Brickell Ave Location.
Hours: 10:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday through Friday) Salary: $22.00 per hour - commensurate with experience - Includes Parking Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required)
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Minimum 3 years Experience in Bookkeeping, and Inventory Control
Basic Knowledge of Excel (Data Entry) a Must.
High Volume Inventory Control requires a Detail-oriented individual able to Multi-Task.
Great Customer Service Communication on the phone and via Emails.
Experience in Data Setup and creation of Reports.
Fluent in English (verbal / written)
Strong organizational, time management skills, and Basic Math skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
