Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET C# Software Developer to become an integral part of our team! You be tasked with immediately contributing to our core enterprise e-commerce and content web application software and other specialized programs. You will work under the direction of executive management and as part of the development team which includes a senior developer and architect, full stack developer, and QA engineer while also collaborating daily with our web production, service delivery and customer care team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
• Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
• Create logic diagrams and user guides for new and existing programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 to 7 years of work experience in web application and business solution development
• Familiarity with developing for and deploying to the Windows stack
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Demonstrable experience programming in web applications using C#, ASP.NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ability to learn new programming languages
• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL Server and writing T-SQL scripts and stored procedures
• Experience building JSON and XML web methods and other APIs
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
