We are looking for a few motivated and driven Sales Associates that are looking for the opportunity to grow with us. Opening March 1st, 2023!

JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is a great fit for someone who is customer obsessed and has a passion for the firearms industry!

FIREARMS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WHO FITS OUR CULTURE BUT MAY NOT HAVE AS MUCH/ANY FIREARMS EXPERIENCE.

BEING A MEMBER OF THE DOWN RANGE TEAM YOU WILL...

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
• Inspire trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues
• Motivate and inspire others
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs.
• WE ARE LOOKING FOR BOTH FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS
