• We are seeking a detail-oriented Download Billing & Policy Transactions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle the processing of download billing, including non-pay cancellations, and follow up with Account Executives for both personal and commercial lines. You will be responsible for ensuring all policy download activities-including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations- are accurately recorded in our management system, AMS360.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance billing or policy downloads is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with AMS360.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance lines is a plus.
