    Job Description

    Established Title Insurance Agency in Downtown Hollywood is seeking an experienced Title Office Manager. The candidate will lead the Agency and be responsible to ensure its productivity and effectiveness while providing exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the supervision and development of the team within the Agency. THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE 3 TO 5 YEARS OF OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE TITLE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND IN A TITLE EXAM PRODUCTION-ORIENTED ROLE.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for the operational excellence of the Agency
    • Supervision and development of the team within the Agency
    • Maintain and expand customer base
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Underwriter Requirements
    • Ensure compliance with Best Practices
    • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
    • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
    • Expand business reach through networking techniques
    • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
    • Track and identify areas of improvement
    • Monitor/measure workload, quality of output and overall performance of the Agency

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven leadership abilities and demonstrated ability to successfully coach and develop staff
    • Ability to manage conflict
    • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
