Responsibilities: • Room patients • Take patient vitals • EMR charting • Chaperone Doctors • Patient photos pre and post-procedure • Ensure back office and exam rooms are tidy and presentable with all necessary supplies and equipment • Go over patient consent forms • Prepare equipment and examination rooms • Check inventory of back office medical supplies and restock

The ideal candidate should be:
• Proven work experience as a Medical Assistant in Plastic Surgery or Med Spa setting • Hands-on experience with front and back office equipment • Professional attitude and appearance • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • EMR Charting • Adaptable, flexible, composed, and positive in the face of sudden changes • A proactive and critical thinker with problem-solving skills • High school degree; additional certification as a Medical Assistant is required • Second language is a plus
