Description This position requires staff member to instruct, teach and educate participants in the importance of, implementation of and techniques of Physical & Psychological Management Training. Instructor should create their own presentation and provide materials to participants. Instructor should produce certificates for each participant upon training completion. Training must a total of 7 hours long for one day (3.5 hours split into 2 days). Trainer must all hold refresher trainings for returning participants. Trainer must track staff that requires initial training and who requires a refresher training. Trainer is to supervise and go in the field to assist employees with on-the-job PMT training.

Pay $30.00/hour

Requirements

Current PMT/CPI trained.

Completed PMT Associates, Inc. or equivalent Train the trainer course.

Previous experience teaching and certifying students.
