About the Job:
- Spay, neuter, dentals, mass removals, other soft tissue only!
- Hours are approximately 7a-3p - 4 days a week (M-Th only). Weekends off!
- Salary plus production $130K - $150K
- Our current FT docs work 30-35 hours per week!
- No rooms, no workups, simple estimate ranges prepared before you arrive.
- Spay, neuter, dentals, mass removals other soft tissue sx based on your ability and comfort level.
- Doctors are well supported by 4 nurses and state-of-the-art equipment and tools.

- Is skilled in soft tissue surgery and dentals
- Loves surgery without the hassle of upselling client
- Wants to move out of chronic case maintenance and non-compliant owners
- Desires to make a move to a better quality of life with 4-day work week, weekends off, and early end of the day.

- Has volume surgery experience - 10-18+ surgeries per day (spay/neuter, mass removal, dental, etc...no ortho work needed)
- Likes to work independently
- Is ready to work in a small 5-person team without the drama of a big practice
