We are looking for a team member to come alongside this start-up company's owner and a current team that would be eager to jump right in and be ready to learn and grow! We are looking for an individual that would be fully supportive, able to pivot quickly, think and own their area but be willing to do whatever it takes to assist in all areas, and most importantly, has the heart to serve all people in life and health. Looking forward to a long-term partnership in a growing newer company!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR It takes a very special person. One that cares deeply about people, and at the same time is extremely competent in their skill set. One that will stop at nothing to reach more people and hit goals. Some of the specific skills we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated - willing to be led but does not need hand-holding
• Genuine desire to serve and help people
• Outgoing and loving personality
• Interest in leading people to natural health solutions
• Experience with customer service, in some way, and desire to love on and serve people
• Assist others in projects that arise
• Research and ideate new ways to engage and reach our target audiences
• Goal-oriented - no excuses - will hit goals
• Can MOVE FAST !!!!
• Hard-working
• Disciplined critical thinker – can think under pressure and lead people
• An appreciation for growth through constructive criticism and life-long learning, following the overall vision
• Job Duties would include but are definitely not limited to:  support ticket emails daily, social media support and key word and notification management, order management, support chat management, support phone call management, all things customer support :)
