Executive Assistant for Psychologist/Small Business Owner
I am a psychologist who has therapeutic expertise with couples, individuals, infertility, relationships, as well as presenting to small groups and organizations. I need someone with people skills, phone skills, excellent organization skills, research abilities, superior Wordpress knowledge, and hopefully some video production knowledge to help make small marketing videos. You will be working with confidential information so references will be checked and you will need to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement.
What you get out of this collaboration (other than pay) is experience with some relatively mundane tasks like data entry and website maintenance, but also experience setting up a workshop, setting up a conference, researching articles I want to write (and which we could potentially collaborate on if my topics are of interest to you), and potentially helping me set up a company that has nothing to do with my primary areas of interest.
I need someone 5 hours to potentially 20 hours a week. Hours can be flexibile depending on work demands, but a local person who is here during the holidays is a preference. Pay will start at the lower end for the first few weeks while we adjust to each other, and then increase based on ability.
You need to be a stable, interesting, and enthusiastic person with good communication skills who is willing to learn and ask questions, but also work independently. You need to be someone who delivers on-time and is dependable.
