Hello Prospective Personal Assistant, Must be a self-starter, ambitious, dependable, polite, honest, hard-working, ethical, and nice. Looking for part-time at first, and if things go well, perhaps we increase the hours. Need someone proficient in excel, Quickbooks, word, PowerPoint, mac os, with valid driver's license, able to use basic tools like a step ladder, screwdriver, wrench, good with kids and elderly. Willing to learn new computer programs, take inventory, be outdoors, and indoors as needed. Need to be fully physically capable of independently walking stairs, lifting up to 20 pounds (rare), speak and see clearly. Must have a clean driving record (obtain online MVR), criminal background check with your consent, be drug-free (no cannabis), and sign a non-disclosure agreement. No pets allowed. No smoking. Will work from my approximately 500 sq. foot air-conditioned casita primarily but not exclusively. $15-20/hour
