Job Summary: Part-time Financial Assistant/Bookkeeper This position reports to the VP of Operations/CFO Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Preparation of reports General Ledger report to PDF Balance Sheet P&L 941's W-2, W-3 5500 Forms Experience or Familiarity with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online Reconciliation of corporate accounts payable & accounts receiveable statements. Other responsibilities include: Accounts Payable management. Accounts Receivable management. Assist in budget and forecast preparation. Various other projects as necessary and assigned by management. Qualifications/Skills: Excellent/Advanced knowledge of excel, quickbooks, intuit software and additional basic computer skills with knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs & terminology. High level Business accumen Acuracy Attention to detail Financial skills Developing budgets and tracking budget expenses Analyzing information & basic understanding of operational analytics Education/Experience Requirements: Associate's degree in business, accounting or finance And Currently attending classes towards Bachelors degree.
