Job Description
Seeking a customer service consultant for a wellness company in West Los Angeles. We are looking for a customer service representative to work in a high volume call center. Optimistic tone of voice and a desire to support customers who are on the path to healing various illnesses.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Guiding clients with orders and nutrition (training will be provided)
Answering multi-line phone system
Taking detailed messages
Filing
Requirements:
Experience with Google, Shipstation, Shopify, Slack, and Tidio preferred.
Ability to communicate with all types of individuals and be a team player
High level of professionalism
Interest in health/nutrition
Reliable
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
Experience in health care related field a plus but not required
