Our practice is excited to welcome a new optometrist to our team. We are a well-established, family owned and operated, optometric private practice located conveniently ten minutes outside Denver proper. We strive for a healthy work/life balance and approachable atmosphere. We are seeking an associate who is passionate about patient care, willingness to learn and eagerness to grow as a practitioner and team member.

To ensure success, our expectations for an optometrist would be to handle a daily patient load of 15-20 comprehensive/medical exams, give proper recommendations for corrective lenses and triage when deemed necessary. Our patient base ranges from pediatrics (starting at age five) to geriatric care. With our recently remodeled office, our clinic is fully equipped with topography, autorefraction, Optomap, Lipiscan/Lipiflow, IPL, Icare, OCT and Humphrey Visual Field. Responsibilities/Skills

Perform comprehensive and medical eye exams with attention to detail

Maintain and grow patient and staff relationships

Ability to prescribe appropriate medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses

Recommend individualized vision solutions for patients

Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients

Confidence to effectively manage and triage ocular diseases

Requirements:

Colorado licensed

New grads welcome

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: $550.00 - $650.00 per day
