Position Summary
Medical Assistants are trusted clinical partners who help providers deliver exceptional patient care through thoughtful chart preparation, medication reconciliation, preventive care review, patient education, and compassionate communication.
Training is provided in preventive care workflows, value-based care, HCC documentation support, and AI-assisted clinical tools.

Quality Excellence Incentive
Eligible Medical Assistants may also participate in our Quality Excellence Incentive Program , recognizing excellence in preventive care workflows, chart preparation, teamwork, and quality improvement.
Current pilot incentive awards range from $200–400 per quarter based on quality performance.

Qualifications
Required
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) or American Sign Language (ASL) are strongly encouraged.
