Delivery Driver - Amazon DSP - $2,000 Sign-on Dracarys Fleet is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full opportunities. Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver! The approximate hours are 9:45 am to 7:45 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Compensation & Benefits • $21.00 - $25.00/Hour + $1,000 Sign-on Bonus • Referral Bonus, performance bonus, attendance bonus. • Paid 3-day Training • Paid Overtime and Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) • 401K Matching DELIVERY DRIVER BASIC REQUIREMENTS • Eligible to work in the U.S • Must have a valid driver's license • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test • 4 day per week schedule with 5th and 6th days available DELIVERY DRIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. • Use a handheld device for routing information, and customer delivery information. • Load and unload packages to be delivered • Lift packages up to 50 lbs $1,000 Sign-on Bonus will be paid in two increments: $250 after 30 days of employment, and $750 after 90 days of employment.
