Remote Order Specialist We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Contractor Remote Order Specialists. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience. This is a remote, gig-style position that requires a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is not a full-time job, but rather an gig opportunity to augment your income or earn extra money on the side.

Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with our extensive menu and offerings to accurately answer customer inquiries and assist with order placement.

Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and taking orders efficiently and accurately.

Utilize our online ordering system to process customer orders promptly and accurately.

Communicate effectively with the in-store team to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Act as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive and friendly experience from the beginning of their interaction.

Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, seeking resolutions while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.

Take detailed messages and pass them on to the appropriate team members.

Maintain a high level of customer service standards, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ability to study and memorize a comprehensive menu with accuracy.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.

Quiet background for clear phone conversations.

Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.

Must be available to work four-hour shifts.
