Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our growing team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers to create technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools such as Lumion. You will also support the preparation of permit sets and documentation required for city submittals. Responsibilities

Create accurate and visually appealing drawings in Revit and AutoCAD based on provided specifications

Collaborate with drafting team members and design partners to ensure precision and consistency

Generate 2D and 3D renderings for design presentations and client reviews

Assist in preparing drawing sets and documentation required for permit applications

Coordinate with city or county departments to ensure submittals meet regulatory standards

Maintain organized project files, drawings, and revision records

Adhere to company standards and best practices for drafting and documentation

Support project managers by providing technical input and updates on design progress

Participate in project meetings to gather requirements and incorporate feedback

Accurately track time spent on each project and report progress

Qualifications

Proven experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar drafting/design software

Experience producing renderings and presentation drawings

Familiarity with permit application processes and construction documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
