Qualifications: What We’re Looking For in a Candidate Proven Sales Experience • A minimum of 3 years in direct sales is required, with a strong preference for those who have thrived in in-home services or similar customer-focused roles. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills • You’re confident presenting solutions to homeowners, comfortable speaking in both one-on-one and group settings, and skilled at following up with professionalism and persistence.
